Weekly Training Structure

Mon & Tue
Striking Arts
Boxing combos, Karate speed drills, Muay Thai clinches/kicks. Heavy bag & mitt work.
Wed & Thu
Grappling & Ground
Judo throws, BJJ guard passes & submissions, cage control & ground-and-pound mechanics.
Friday
Sparring & Conditioning
Live rounds (controlled sparring), situational drills, and extreme cardio burnout.
Saturday
Outdoor Conditioning
CrossFit, sprinting, core endurance training outside the academy.
Sunday
Weekend Seminars
Special seminars, belt grading, active recovery workshops.

Program Goals

  • Physical Literacy: Agility, balance, coordination.
  • Mental Discipline: Focus, respect, patience.
  • Self-Defense Foundations: Anti-bullying, falling safely.
  • Belt Progression: structured grading to build confidence.

Daily Structure (Mon-Sat)

  • Warm-up & Flexibility: Animal crawls, stretching.
  • Technique of the Day: Kata, Kumite drills, basic holds.
  • Fitness Games: Dodgeball, grip games, obstacle courses.
  • Cool Down: Meditation and respect bows.

MMA FitZone maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for bullying, ego-driven sparring, or lack of respect on the mats. All members must strictly adhere to the Academy Etiquette Guidelines.
