Live rounds (controlled sparring), situational

Outdoor Conditioning
CrossFit, sprinting, core endurance training outside
the academy.

Weekend Seminars
Special seminars, belt grading, active recovery

Program Goals

- Warm-up & Flexibility: Animal crawls, stretching.
- Technique of the Day: Kata, Kumite drills, basic holds.
- Fitness Games: Dodgeball, grip games, obstacle courses.
- Cool Down: Meditation and respect bows.
